How to set up EJ25 for just over 300 on 20G
As a stop gap I would like to get my new engine at about 320 of so bhp while I get it bedded in , and to save my standard box.
I was going to fit a TD05-20 for the upgrade , while the engine is out.
Has anyone done this process while running in ? I assume I need to drop the boost right back, (5PSI ?)
I will also need to replace my injectos , thinking of using 440cc and keep my eye out for some modded 440cc or when I take the car off the road for its gearbox upgrade get the 440cc modded for 550 or 600.
I expect the 20G will produce to much of power , even on low boost.
Anyone had experience ?

Party as if i cant find a good 20G outright I was going to use my good 16G and get it modded to 20G. Hate to have the car off the road, would pref to use it even if it was not finished.

Had a 20g on my 2.5, ran 429 bhp on 1,45 bar, when I was running it at 370bhp it felt like it had no lag at all. Think the 20g is a perfect 400bhp turbo for a 2.5, don't cost the earth either
