is it posssible to tow scooby classic with another car

Only for a short distance and only with 4 wheels on the floor.
Your best off using a trailer.

why cant u toe them with 4 wheels on floor?

You can, but not recommended for long distances.

Depends on what roads your using mate however get a spring dampened towbar from screwfix to do the job instead of a rope

I'd NEVER go above 40mph towing anything which is, effectively, unbraked
