lambda sensor error code on 95 sti engine?

Default lambda sensor error code on 95 sti engine?

hi,
i have had an error code for the lambda sensor, where is it ment to be on the exhaust? mine is just after the turbo, on the down pipe, i thought they were ment to be on the headers up pipe? will this be why i have the error code?

on a 95 it would have been a originally in the headers but most people move them to the downpipe ,also if the lambda fails the end of it could break off and enter the turbo damaging the blades.

thats good, its ok where it is then, is the lambda also ths o2 sensor or is that something else?

lambda sensor is another name for o2 sensor
