Ok, the OEM head gasket of my car is made in fibre and I have three option to buy now:
Fibre head gasket
Steel 0.55mm
Steel 1.40mm
Please I need to know what is better to mount of that gaskets, please can anyone help me, please?
Thank you

I would fit steel 1.40mm (compressed thickness) head gaskets on Version 1~4 engines as the composite fibre gaskets tend to pass/blow around the lower coolant jacket holes.

Which MY?
MY93-98 (v.1-4) 1.6mm
MY99/00 (v.5/6) 0.7mm (I think). Or are they 0.9mm? Can't quite remember.
Defo get OEM STI steel ones. Don't go for the WRX fibre ones.
ACL Race Series are what most rebuilds have.
I had the STI v.1-4 HGs and ACL RS bearings in my rebuilt motor in my old 93 WRX - it was all good.

Good point by Mick (as always
).
Yeah the WRX fibre jobs would compress down, so the slightly thinner 1.4mm set (assuming you don't have a MY99/00 WRX?) would make sense to keep the CR the same.

Don't you mean the 211PS (208bhp) UK "Turbo 2000". (A MY98 "WRX" is a JDM and would have had 280PS).
Whatever, both cars use the same thickness HG, so the 1.4mm compressed steel ones would be the ones to get....

You also want the full seal kit, scooby clinic sell a rebuild kit that includes steel gaskets, send special x a pm he will tell you all you need to know and will post anywhere..
Yes, at spain only were sold two types of MY98 EJ20T: 211ps and 218ps.
Yeah that's right. I think for Europe, Subaru badged it "GT Turbo", or something like that.
MY94-96: 211 PS (208 bhp); 201 lb ft
MY97/98: 211 PS (208 bhp); 214 lb ft
MY99/00: 218 PS (215 bhp); 214 lb ft

Cool.
Yeah, in some Euro countries it was just "GT 4WD"; others it was "GT Turbo". UK was "Turbo 2000 AWD".
Also, IIRC, in one Euro country it was badged "WRX"! - just to cause confusion! But it was, of course, still the Euro/UK spec.
