i have simtek ecu with anti lag and launch control but not sure when the launch control is turned on i have a switch for anti lag should it be on same switch or programed so launch control is on all the time

If you dont have s switch its always active. Sit with your foot on clutch, engage first gear and hold the throttle down. It should hold the revs at around 4500/5000 dependant on what its set at
