Blobeye WRX - Sti mods
Hi everyone, just looking at doing a few tweaks to my WRX to give it a bit more of an aggressive look like the STi's.
The usual stuff like STi winglets, bonnet scoop etc.
I've read on a few forums that when you fit the bigger STi scoop to the WRX bonnet, you need an undertray? Can you fit it without getting an STi undertray? What difference will it make?
Also I'm about to buy a Blitz Nur spec R exhaust, it's come off a 2004 WR1 impreza, the advert for it is slightly confusing:
"The car has a Blitz Nur spec R exhaust system currently fitted, with the db reducer in the boot. The system is a 2-part system, cat back."
I've currently got the prodrive exhaust on my car, if I buy this exhaust, what else will i need for it to fit? Also what will I not need from my prodrive system after it's fitted?
Cheers everyone.
Dan

The undertray is needed for performance gains, ideally you would buy an STI undertray with an STI intercooler as they work in tandem. If your just doing it for cosmetics the undertray is not needed.
