Default Changing Rear Shocks on 2002 bugeye

Hiya all

Does anyone know anything about an oscillating nut? I've been told that to change the rear shocks on a 2002 bugeye, there is an oscillating nut which sets up the geometry of the suspension to set the right camber. Is this a difficult job?

The camber is adjusted by a bolt on the front but not on the rear, unless camber bolts have been fitted to where the hub bolts to the rear strut. You can adjust the tow on the rear on the lower tie rod where it bolts to the subframe but you shouldn't need to touch that if you are just changing the shocks.

Thanks for the comments, Pete. I think I'll get a few more quotes to give me a comparison.
