Default Sensors/gauges

I've only got water temperature available in my jap import classic v6 and I was wondering how easy/hard it would be to get an oil temperature gauge as it's getting pretty annoying having to guess when the engine is warmed up enough to put my foot down.

the guages are pretty cheap themselves, as of senders you have pretty much two options, either you can get a sandwich adapter that will screw in between the block and the oil filter (kind of a PIA really) or you get an adapter that will allow you to screw it into your galley plug, alot easier IMO

When you do get one fitted you'll be shocked at how long it takes to get to operating temp,a good 10 miles in my newage.
