Default jap warehouse turbo?

i know everyone says these are no good, but i've been offered a 20g one very cheap, my question is if i sent it off to say andy forest for a rebuild would this turbo then be ok? and would it be cost affective to do it this way, thanks.

i also have a 16g turbo that is in mint condition would i benefit with quicker spool if i fitted the 20g wheel and comp housing to the 16g cartridge then have it balanced, as im running front mount want to keep lag to a min.

Don't think the 20g wheel will go in the 16g housing - also the JAW ones fail in many ways some I hear have gone on the castings so a rebuild will not fix that weakness.

Don't bother, buy a real one and be done with it, I wouldent think Andy would entertain a cheap copy anyway.
