Default camshaft censor

Ok people got the cell light checked today and it was the camshaft sensor, as I said before recently the cell has started coming on when the car is under load in 4th gear but does not come on under load in any other gear do use think it will be a case of changing the sensor or any other thoughts welcome

if the fault code is saying the cam sensor is faulty i would just go ahead and change it mate i think all the cam sensors are all the same through out the range, unless some one knows different, not a hard job changing sensor one bolt and its off
