poor start and idling when temperature gets colder
notcied this last year and over last couple of days when temperature is colder.
car takes a few more turns to start and sometimes even conks out , after setting off and say coming to a stop the idle hunts for a bit, completely goes when warm.
this does not happen when the weather is warmer at all? only when temperature gets colder? starting to think its something fuel related and temperature of the fuel? or a sensor? not majorly worrying but still rather annoying! any ideas?
car is a 2004 sti

Paul yes it has quite a few mods, APS fuel rails, turbo, CAI etc, it only ever does it when the weather gets cold! not had the problem in the summer at all but as soon as the cold mornings come it happens.
