Brake Pad Rattling Problem K-Sport
So my N/S/F brake pad has started to rattle in the calliper, i know it's this as i have had it on a ramp and you can see it.
I have tried swapping discs over to make sure the disc wasn't warped and causing it but i now don't believe it to be this as the rattle was still apparent from the same side.
I have tried swapping the anti rattle clips over also and this hasn't worked either, again the sound is still on the same side.
I am out of ideas as to what could be causing this problem and it is doing my head in.
Anyone else had a similar problem and resolved it?
Thanks

Probably mine man, i'm getting seriously impatient with the problem and want my car to be working correctly, it's one thing after another and it's taking me down with it.
I might just try and bent the anti rattle clips.
Thanks

Disregard this a a brake issue please, i believe it to be a wheel bearing or driveshaft issue, not a K-Sport issue.
Seeing as the disc is fine on the other side and the rattling persists on the same side regardless of swapping them over for testing purposes, nor did the anti rattle clip resolve the issue, i have done some more testing and it appears that the disc runs straight sometimes, and other times it will sway.
I have recently changed driveshaft and think it may have something to do with this or maybe the wheel bearing has worn causing the flange that is pushed in to the bearing to sway side to side, and seeing as the disc sits on the flange i think this may be a possible problem.
What do you think:
Looks like the bell and wheel nuts are moving also look at the video again!
And to add insult to this already very annoying time:
Two cracked OZ Ultraleggeras
Thanks

When fitting the driveshaft i did notice they were slightly different:
The top one is my old one, the bottom is the second hand one.
But this wasn't thought to be an issue, it went in fine and seemed fine up till now, it may still be fine, as mentioned it could be the wheel bearing.
I'm wondering if i damaged the bearing when fitting the new shaft, maybe i over tightened it with the 26" breaker bar?
That's good news about the wheels, will they be as strong though, i do plan to go on more track days and give the car some! Lol
Thanks
