Default Dash size on Fuelab FPR

Hi there people, my son is in Florida at the moment and ive asked him to pick up a fuelab fpr for me, my dilemma is what dash size to get.
This is going to be for a 500+ build eventually.
On fuelabs website they show 2 sizes -6 and -10??
Cheers.

Cheers Banny, I'm already on it with torques. So would all my fuel line be compatable with -6? or does it depend on fittings on the aftermarket fuel rails?
Cheers.
