Default error codes 32, 43 on classic, please help

hi all,
ive been working on a friends 95 wrx and its had the codes 32 (throttle position sensor) and 43 (o2 sensor), ive changed the o2 sensor and changed the tps twice now, and they still come up when i connect the 2 green and 2 black wires (for resetting the ecu)
has anyone had these probs before? does the tps need to be set? if so how do i do it? and could there be another problem that is making the ecu think its these sensors?
any help would be good as its in limp mode and only getting 0.5 bar boost
thanks, phil.

Run the full reset procedure.
Basically same as above but you get car warm,
connect the plugs,
ignition on foot flat on the accelerator then straight to half way and then off.

Start the car and drive around (NO BOOST), and the codes will flash as normal.

After a few mins the ECL will flash on and off in a steady flash.

That is your ECU reset.

IF it flashes a code up and won`t stop repeating that code, then that is the fault the ECU Is picking up.

AFAIK thats how you do it off the top of my head, and seems to work on mine.

so am i doing it wrong, this is what i do, connect the green and black plugs together, turn ignition on with foot to the floor then half way for 2 secs, then drive round, after about 3-4 mins the codes come up and flash, i then turn if off and disconnect them, should i have drove round more, if so how long untill the ecu gets rid of them?
by the way i leave them to flash for around 4-5 time so i know what codes they are for sure.

Keep driving for around 10-15mins, until the Check light flashes on off steady.
Then the ECU is reset, and then the New codes will appear. 3-4 mins isn`t long enough.

Oh and
43 Accelerator Pedal Switch
32 A/F Sensor #1 System

Lambda is probably either not being noticed by the ECU as it needs a reset, or the lambda is duff/wrong one. Even new can be duff.
