Default check engine light

have a problem with the CEL coming on ocasionally in the winter (cool damp days and the light flashes) when the revs get over 4500. Then today the light came on and stayed on, has anyone got any ideas what it could be?

I will be plugging it in later today through the obd port

could be a fuelling issue as on cool damp days the intake temps drop, only a guess but the codes will shed more on the topic, good luck

Sounds like a misfire of some sort. Could be fuelling, plugs, coil packs or even NPS.
