Default idle problems

I have had my car in storage for about 8/9wks, I have not started it or nothing but was running fine when i stored it,

Went to start it today for the 1st time, And rev's go to about 2000rpm, Then drop to around the 900rpm mark and check light comes on and hunting , I did fault code read 23/24, I have cleaned both the sensor's but still doing it, As i said car was running 100% before could it be something else ?

And are there any test i can do to check if Maf or Valve.

If say idle control valve seized up. Mine does it if i leave it any length of time. Remove it and soak it overnight in wd40. Then clean and make sure it moves ok.
