I NEED TO CHANGE THE ENGINE IN MY 2004 WRX IMPREZA WHICH IS A LHD GERMAN CAR. IVE BEEN TOLD THAT I WILL NEED TO BUY THE STI ENGINE AND NOT THE WRX ENGINE AS IT NOT BEEN A UK CAR IT HAS VARIALE VALVE TIMING OT VVTI IS THIS CORRECT? ALSO DOES ANYONE KNOW OF ANY GOOD PLACE TO GET A SECOND HAND ENGINE THANX

 

if you definately want second hand as opposed to rebuilt from someone who DOES THAT FOR A LIVING (plenty good ones on here) get one that's still in a crashed motor (so you know that's why it's for sale) and hear it running
