Removing rear crank seal

Removing rear crank seal
I'm doing a clutch and swopping the plastic access plate for a metal one. I bought these parts as a kit and they came with a rear crank seal. I would like to change it as I have everything apart at the moment but what tool do you suggest for pulling out the old one or do they pop out fairly easily
Thanks
Thanks

not that easy to take out but easy to get it wrong and gouge the sealing surface on the block. With the fly wheels off unless you can see a leak i would just leave it alone but it you have to do it i normaly use a pic and try to get behind the seal by going down the side of the crank.
