Default Help needed Fuel cut

Hi I have a MY99 Impreza Turbo

I just recently put in a Hallman boostcontroller to get rid of solenoid boost problem. I put in the stiff spring and pushed the boost up to around 14.5 - 15psi but the car is fuel cutting. can anyone tell me what the problem is what do I need to do to get rid of the fuel cut and hold 15-16psi

the mods on the engine are basic
KN mushroom filter
2.5" exhaust

The ECU fuel cut is there to save the engine when boost gets too far out of the engine design parameters (based on the injectors, MAF and MAP sensor it was packaged with).

Unless you're sure of A/F ratios and knock, you should not increase boost. A little increase might not hurt anything but by the time you've hit fuel cut you've gone too far.

Dial down the boost or increase it properly with a remap.
