Hi
When i changed my wrx turbo for a vf48 it wasn't difficult at all.....
All the bolts come undone ok...
Just take your time and lubricate each bolt with wd40 (may smoke a little when you restart but it soons burn off)
You will need to drive the car off boost once you have changed the turbo until you have remapped it........
Have you changed the downpipe? if so I modified the heat shield so that it bolted back on... you also need a fuel pump and preferably an STI intercooler or front mount
thanks
