This is for a registar for those of you who have had failed pickup pipe failures. Or similar issues?

I am in the process of going to court, against IM as i have little luck so far.

I wish to collerate as much info on this subject.

If i had abused or neglected the car and this had caused the engine to fail, i could live with that and get on with life.

As it is you would not expect a 5 1/2 year old car with 77k on the clock and that had been reguarly serviced to have had total engine fail.

I was thinking along the lines of:

Model and year.
Milage at failiure.
Location.
Warranty or other?
How helpful where Subaru?
Outcome, repaired, scrapped or sold etc.

Please feel free to add any other info that may help.
