Currently have my Hawkeye STI PPP remapped with EcuTek. Can or will a dealer put the prodrive map back on for me if I wanted too?

No is the simple answer........ It's easy for a mapper to re-flash a "copy of" the PPP map back onto your ECU. Not sure why you would like to do this as the EcuTeK map would be more suited to your car than the generic PPP map.
