I removed the classic top mount and fitted a newage top mount. The dump valve that I have fitted on the classic top mount was a remote fitted HKS so it uses an adaptor that went where the recirc is normally located. I used the same adaptor on the newage top mount, fitted straight on the front.
Depending on what dump valve you have it may just fit directly onto the front of the new intercooler. Problem with the coilpack, normally can't get a dump valve on the front of the bigger intercooler due to the coilpack getting in the way. You can either lower the coilpack by cutting down the legs of fit an adaptor.
If you blank it off where will you fit the dump valve or recirc? I now they usually supply dump valves with blanking plugs but i think that is to blank off where the extra recirc pipes goes into the engine or where ever it goes. You can buy those for £6.99 but if you had a dump valve before I suspect you won't need the blanking plug as it will have been fitted previously.

i tried to get a newage forge dump valve to fit onto my newage intercooler but it just wouldn't fit. even after I cut the coilpack down. ended up sticking with the remote fitted hks which i didn't particularly want to keep.

yes luckily I got a professional to fit it so he cut down the clutch reservoir and the metal just under the intercooler which is connected to the bulk head. It did nothing other than over the area where gearbox mount is fitted. intercooler sat in nicely then.
left bracket to turbo is standard newage intercooler bracket, right bracket was fabricated at the time of fitting.
i put the piece of rubber on the strut. heard a tapping and suspected that was the problem. simple piece of rubber cable tied in place stopped that so now it's spot on.
a couple of days ago i removed the undertray and cut it to the size of the new intercooler. having to get the map tweaked for another problem so I figured it might be worth increasing the airflow a little since the last map.

Rather than paying nearly £200 for an undertray that someone else had made up I decided to remove my existing undertray and modified it myself. Only took an hour or so. I just measured it up then cut the hole to the size of the new intercooler. You need to replace the rubber that goes round the under side of the undertray. I used the old piece of rubber plus some I had in the garage. You will require more than the original piece once the hole is made bigger.
