Thought i'd start this thread to get some views on what people run and why
Might be a useful bit of imfo as there is many available and we all obviously want whats best, does best, dont cost the earth etc

Iridium plugs, NGK, gapped around 0.65.

If modded 1 grade colder than std. etc.

i'm going to be running NGK Iridium plugs 7 on mine with the planned 400 bhp upgrade

I use NGK PFR6b as standard, i will change to 7's before its remapped.
