exhaust question
just bought a wr1, it has a full stainless steel 3" exhaust from the turbo back i think its called a rage exhaust anybody herd of these?
i think the call should be more responsive compare to my old classic with the pro drive pack fitted to it.
a subaru garge told me that it would go better with the standard pro drive exhaust back on it, as my mate has a hawkeye ppp and while we where driving he caught me pretty easily surely there shouldnt be much in it as both performance figures are similiar
should i get my car on a rolling road to see if it is running the correct power figures or just get it remapped

If car still has STD ecu Map then wouldn't be suitable with exhaust downpipe mods at all if you are happy with exhaust just get it mapped or change all back to stock both options should cost about the same but car should be better with a custom map. I would drive very carefully until it us sorted as an unmapped decat downpipe could cause damage

I remember rage exhausts from back in the day, they made universal rear boxes and Jap cans for the saxo boys
I'm pretty sure they made custom exhausts too, a lad I know had one on his 206. He said it was horrendous, poor materials and construction with little or no benefits to the system!
This is presuming we are talking about the same company..
