2.5" centre section, will it fit?
Yes you can ,but you will need to sleeve both end sections of the 2.5' centre to make them fit and not really worth it imho.Why not just have the resonated section removed from your 3' centre section and have a 3' inch pipe welded on ,that way you can be sure of the length and you will get the full benefit of having a full 3' system,opposed to 3 inch going into 2.5' then going back out to 3'.
Likewise a lad who had his car mapped by mark at thwaites yesterday had a 3' decat and 3' centre section ,going into a 2.5' ninja 2 backbox & it sounded awesome.
I know a place in coventry that do work like this everyday if your interested
