V4 sti's i know of on a couple,

AVCS isn't too hard to wire in depends on what ecu you use as it would have to be a newage sti one or a decent aftermarket one

But as for the size of the combustion chamber, do you know if any machining is required?

Shouldn't need any alteration to the squish volume as the increased cubic capacity is via the stroker kit..

That's how I understood it anyway.

Ported and polished JDM AVCS heads with 272 cams and uprated valves, costs a few quid to do this

A 2.33 is stroked and bored so to do it properly the combustion chamber would need machining. Speak to an engine builder and get their opinion is what I'd do first.

As above, speak to whomever is building the thing they will know what's best, but the combustion chambers will need to be matched to the bores...my 2.35 is a de-stroked 2.5 with 2.0 WR1 heads which are being matched the 2.5 bores

What turbo will you be running and what sort of power are you aiming for. Head faces might need a light skim if not true. I am running 05 UK STi AVCS heads on mine with single piece valves.
Suggest speaking to Mark at Lateral for some general advice on the 2.33 / 2.35.

It depends on how much performance you want to extract on what you have done to the heads...... If SMG are busy then try Paul Finch. I was going to get him to alter the bowl volume on my heads fora 2.5 conversion. Then Our Citroen died and I had to buy a new family car ......

Thinking of a rotated billet GT30R or GT35R. You had the heads ported and polished? Really want JDM big port avcs heads but are they really worth the expense as i already have uk sti v8 heads. Was thinkin of also building the engine myself but Mark does have some good bits i might need

I'll have a look at my e-mails and see if that gives an addresss.

Did you read the long 12 page odd thread on here about 911's sprint car and the background to what to do with these stroked engines. I think it's from 2009 but still relevant LOL
