rollcage help
i will be taking the scooby off the road soon to use as a dedicated track car. first things first, i will need a rollcage, weld in would be preferred, but being a fatty i would be intrested to know which rollcage would be most beneficial for me ie, a lighter bolt in over a heavier more rigid weld in
yes, i should ideally go on a diet
but any other advice would be appreciated

Depends on what kinda track stuff you are going to do.... no point in going full weld in if you're only ever going to do the odd track day. Ive got the bolt in route, happy with what I've got (Cusco Cage)
If you are going to be doing more and more track, and maybe even enter into some sort of class race, then get the weld in jobbie

I'm just taking my blobeye off the road as well, I bought a bolt in six point dash dodged second hand for 250 quid, it will do for now with a few extra bars added. But next year I will be getting a safety devices roll cage, you weld in the feet then bolt the cage to these. Best of both worlds, and they look a good solid cage. And you can always add extra bars as you go along, FIA approved as well.
