does any1 know if a claasic boss will fit my 2001 bug column ..ive been told it will apart from the auto delete

 

The splines will be the same but the airbag ring that has the indicator cancel and horn wiring needs either a wider opening on the underside of the boss than is generally on classic ones or you'll need to remove the airbag ring
