I see a T on the line going to the boost solenoid. Any Ts should be on hoses from the manifold nipples since I expect them to go to boost gauges etc. If the third hose is leaking, you will get overboost issues.

from the t one goes to the manifold n one to boost gauge. but from the pipe of the actuator to turbo. theres a nipple in the middle as u can see from the picture n theres no pipe connected to it. shud i change the pipe?

That's your problem there.

Your boost control hoses should be like in the linked page:

well i just checkd the bottom pipe of the solenoid goes to the inlet turbo pipe. n top one goes to the manifold left nipple :P n the other one goes to the dump valve. then the boost gauge pipe comes from something else that looks like a tap n with a T connector another pipe goes to the right nipple on the manifold.
will i need another t connector to connect a pipe from the top pipe of the solenoid to the actuator turbo pipe?
