engine out ... gear box out .... rear diff hmmmm

ok so ive undone the two top bolts u can see at back, then further back there are a total of 8 to undo 2 eachside of housing and 4 on the underside of that and also drained

MAIN problem i cannot remove the driveshafts from the diff compleatly and im not compleatly sure how much further they have to go till they drop...
there about 1'' out just having trouble getting any further than that..

have to get this done tonight as think is gonna be storms tomoro ..

Helppp need ideas ..

 

support the diff weight with a jack remove the remaining bolts and dis-connect driveshaft lower until you have enough room to pop out the shafts then carry on and remove the diff
