Default Continuing wayward steering

I have this continuing problem with my MY00 UK Turbo. I posted a question a few weeks back and have done some more checking / testing.

https://www.scoobynet.com/general-te...-steering.html

To give an update.

The symptoms are this, when driving in a straight line the car is fine up until 60mph then it starts to feel as though its in a dead area, minor corrections seem to have no effect meaning the car wanders over the carriage way. If i'm turning into a bend I get different responces, if turning left there is only a very slight feeling of wandering. When turning right the car starts to turn then washes out, so more steering input is required. Additionally if I accelerate through a right it washes out, if I back off mid bend the front tucks in meaning I have to ease off on the steering.

I can't hear and knocks of vibrations through the steering even at rest with the engine off, there does't appear to be any play. All the botton ball and track rod ball joints look in good condition, the wheel bearings are showing no play and there isn't any play in the rack.

The tracking is set to parallel, i've even tried it with 30mins toe in and out with no discernable change.

As I said in the original question I've fitted 4 new Toyo T1Rs, could this be the cause, the pressures are 33F and 28R I tried them higher 35F 32R with no discernable difference.

Should I start changing parts, ball joints then rack or is there a diagnosible fault?

They look ok, don't appear to be perished and can't get much movement with a prybar.
