Default Japspeed sports cat, any good?

Hi, looking to buy a sports cat to replace my de-cat. Has anyone got any experiance of the jap-speed one? No problems with mot time? what power are you running with it? thanks

i've got one fitted, no probs at mot as long as its hot and im running 503 bhp

I have one fitted, very happy with it, passes smoke test at MOT time, but only just! Mind you my car only just passed with the standard cat! my97 wrx wagon dynoed at conciderably less then 503 bhp!!

do these sports cat pipes still accomodate the lamda sensors or will it throw codes up?

Yes they do mate no probs with codes

ive just fitted a japspeed sports cat back on my 2001 bugeye, looks and sounds great well worth the money, passes emissions test, has removalble bung to make it quiter but i choose to leave it out sounds great
