Default Help dull my reflective dash

Unusual request - some previous owner has used back to black or some such horridness and made the top of the dash so shiny it reflects a big patch of white sunlight onto the windscreen, obscuring a clear view

How can I dull it down?

Cheers

Try using an all purpose cleaner such as Megs APC . If you haven't got any of the proper stuff just get some Daisy from Tesco and dilute it .
Failing that you could always get it flocked !

Thanks, are you saying the back to black stuff can be taken off?

And I need to ask - what does flocked mean?

Excellent stuff WD40 :-) I always use it on plastics.

Think flocked means the dash gets wrapped in a fabric like the rally cars, usually alcantara.

Thanks Ian.
