I should know this! What turbo is on my car?
Hi Guys,
New to the Newage cars and just brought a MY05 JDM STi (twin scroll)
What turbo is on this as standard?

a vf36 of vf37 dependant on age iirc

It will be stamped on the turbo itself is the only way i know, sorry!

It is the small writing itched into the turbo, very difficult to see with the turbo in situ tbh but from the right angle it is possible

Turbo is a VF37 and is written on turbo by electric pencil .To see it you are nearly kneeling on the floor to see it

As above it`s a VF37, The VF36 was fitted to the Spec-C only as far as i am aware,

Correct the VF36 roller bearing twin scroll turbo is fitted to spec c
