Default How to spray bodywork DIY

I'm looking looking into spraying my interior now as it's all straipped, what the best way to do so?
What grit sandpaper and what primer to get the 95H colour match the same. Then do i have to sand the 95H and then lacquer it, or can i spray it in the 95H then lacquer it straight away?

Thanks
