How can i tell if my93 wrx has a closed deck block without splitting the engine?
As title really, the car is running perfectly so i dont want to split the engine open i was just wondering how else i could tell?? Thanks

theres extra hatchings all around the crank sensor is the easiest.

Doesnt matter if its closed or open, too much emphesis is put on open/semi closed/closed deck blocks, thats not the important bit tbh, the internals will give in long before on any of the above engine block type before the block does (well its normally catastrophic failure due to rod failure that kills the block as holes are hard to fix )
