Default Blobeye Headlight Air Intake Mod

Anyone got a guide on how to do this or have a modded headlight for sale at all?

Think ive seen one or two guys onhere with the mod.

Matt from Pole Position and Neil from EMB both have this mod, maybe worth a pm to them.

Took me about 3 hours to do it, basically you undo all the screws on the back of the light, heat it up in the oven, pull it apart and start cutting; i found using a dremel was a chore so i pulled out the air compressor/saw... Once you've cut the lens/front cover and the back of the light heatshrink the pipe onto the trumpet and glue it in place using sikaflex/tigerseal then last but not least put the light back together, you may need some lockwire to secure the inner dipped headlight reflector as you have just cut out one of the mounting points! Finally, smile like a cheshire cat because you managed to do it without f^&*£%$ anything up

Is it easier to do fog cover?? Seen a few people with that! Do u buy a kit for that

this is gonna sound like a daft question but you lose main beam on one side with this mod?? What is it like driving at night?

It's like driving whilst wearing an eye patch

TBH i never drive around with the full beam on so it hasn't had an effect on my nightime driving
