Gearbox Issues
Had some strange issues on track the other day.... one min everything was fine, the next min i couldnt get any gears but 5th and 3rd.... So i pulled in the pits for a second, put it in neutral, let the clutch out put it in again, and it would select all gears again :S
Went back out on track, and everything was back to normal.... I did notice that my clutch pedal was also sticking down a bit (think i need to change the fluid) but would the clutch cause not being able to select some gears?

Not sure what clutch is in there, as ive never had it changed... its an import WRX, only got imported back in 2003, so I dont know what its had done to it, apart from what I have changed myself.... It came modified from Japan, so I would assume its had a new clutch but not sure what.
I know the clutch fluid could do with changing, maybe this is causing it?

Clutch plate/s over heating and sticking to the flywheel?
Refresh and bleed the fluid would be a good starting point, but, I think it could be new clutch time.

Just went to move it today, and it got stuck in first gear and couldnt get it out, even when the engine was off and clutch pressed / depressed.... Could only get it out by stalling the car on purpose, then put it back in again, and it got stuck again.
Any ideas anyone?
