Water leak into car... damp carpet MY98
Hi, we had our MY98 for 9 years and she now is getting damp carpets, although I can't see the fault. I have noticed that the seal between plate below wipers and screen has dryed, could this be the cause? Any other ideas or things I should check? Any Ideas would be apprecaited.
Many thanks

Hello mate i would have to say your heater matrix has gone as I had the same problem awhile bk in mine is it using alot of water? And does it take a while before the heater fans blow out hot air ie you have to have the car up to half way on the temp gauge and done a few miles before you get warm air out of the heaters? Hope this helps

Pretty sure its not the heater, as it gets warm pretty quick and the car is not over heating. Leak has been going on for a while without any of these symptons. Not sure where is wettest, all seem damp really.
Any ideas ot things to check apprecaited.
