Question Knocking when pulling off??

Hi, I'm having a problem with my00 Uk turbo. What happens is when I pull off I hear a slight knock and can feel it in the clutch pedal. I doesn't seem to matter if I'm turning out of a junction or pulling off in a straight line. The problem was worse when I tried purposely not giving enough revs so that it almost stalls. It sometimes happens when changing gear also but it's fine when driving along. Sometimes it's worse than others. In fact some days it doesn't happen at all. I'm booked in at a local specialist on thursday but wondered if anyone could shed any light on it as i'm going down south on holiday in a couple of weeks with two little ones and don't want anything untoward happening!

Try dialling in 4000 rpm and dropping the clutch. My MY2000 year car did the same due to a build up of deposits. Once every 3 or 4 months should keep you judder free. Bob
