What is this?
Hi guys, quick question... what is the cream/beige thing with the plug going into it?
And should mine be making a funny high pitched buzzing noise when the car's ignition is on but the car is not started?

Ahh right I had a 99 car before this and it was in a completely different place and looked completely different... so thats what threw me off! Thanks for your reply
