why so much pressure in bottom rad hose

Default why so much pressure in bottom rad hose

avin changed nearly every coolant pipe on my turbo 2000 cause they keept poppin after a cambelt an waterpump change bottom hose looks like its ready to explode noticed a few drips that seem to be comin from the 2 water pump pipes could it be a faulty thermostat

could be the stat, but could be as simple as an air lock. have you bled the system properly. they sometimes take ages to bleed.

I would be inclined to drain the system fit a new stat and re-fill from the turbo hose to back fill the system. this seems to be the best way to get the air out.

cool take the turbo cooling pipe off the header tank and the cap off the header tank. stick a funnel in the pipe and fill from there very slowly until coolant is coming out of the cap.
