Default K-Sport rear brakes and hand brake.

I've had my rear K-Sports on fora good while now, but i always had issues with the hand brake shoes rubbing on the aluminum drums, now i don't want them to wear the aluminum as i believe the shoe material is strong and there is already wear oon the insideof the drum, so i took them handbrake off for age.
Yesterday i had my MOT and despite the rubbing it passed, but now i'm wondering if i can get it good.
I ordereda couple of parts from Subaru to see if i can correct it but having taken one side of that i have ordered the parts for, the other side, not as bad though still rubs.

Anyone had/have similar experiences?

Thanks

Not had this problem but if its the bells of the discs are being rubbed away i would solve it quick i was quoted £500 from apex for new bells as my rear kit wouldnt fit my new hubs so instead i bought a whole new kit
