rear suspension and clutch
I have a problem with the rear strut, when the car is rolling or moving on the bite of the clutch for instance from the back right of the car it feels like the car is limping. feels like someone kicking the tyre.
Its hard to describe, its like the strut is limping or sticking.
The suspension came off a WR1.
Also i think my clutch may soon be finished?, when i raise the pedal i can release it 95% before the car starts to move forward on the bite, but other that this it drives fine.

The suspension problem is common. The WR1 and STI suspension are the same afaik. A common problem with these struts is that the grease inside dries up and then, when pulling off or driving it sticks as the dried up grease doesn't allow the strut to move quick enough. You can either fit coilovers or just repack the current struts.
Here is a guide to repack your struts:

I drive a WR1 and the symptoms you describe are identical to what recently happened to my car. It turned out that one of the shocks had basically seized and as a result one side was riding at a different height than the other. Be careful cornering hard until you get it sorted!
