Default piston failure

Hi guys i have just bought my first scooby a P1 with a ej 2,5 engine the car had been stood since nov last year although it has been started now and then i went out for a spin the other day 2 miles in total when i returned the car seemed fine i put it away . the next day i started it and it was smoking like f**k ? i removed the plugs and did a compression test 2 were at 165psi and the 3rd one i checked was at 60psi (gutted) i decided to remove the engine to strip it but ive not done one before and im looking for some advise i have managed to get it out but i dont have any timing of tourque information
or a strip down procedure can any one help thanks Neil.
