Default Head Job DIY

My 2.5 head gaskets went at 230000KM.
All the cleaning and machining is done and I am now reassembling!
A few questions:
1 Do I oil the head bolt threads?
2 Do I put copper grease on the gasket
3 Confirm that I should oil under the bolt head and washer??
4 Gaskets being purchaced from agent,is there anything better . Car gets normal/mild use . no mods and not a speedster.

We are talking about a 2002 SOHC Forrestor here regards

Geordie
