Default Blobeye Sti IC undertray onto Hawkeye WRX

Hi, I've been offfered a STI blobeye intercooler and undertray. I know the IC will fit but what about the undertray for the IC?

No it won't fit as the Blobeye STi scoop is a lot higher than the Hawkeye scoop.

Thanks, just took my wrx tray off to get some idea of the size. Is it just the extra height of the STI blobeye thats different? If so could this extra height simply be "trimmed" to fit? This would then allow the rubber skirt to fit?

Or is it just easier to find a Hawk tray to go with the Blob IC?

You would have to chop so much of the Blobeye tray away that it would be pretty useless at directing air low, I'd look for a Hawkeye STi tray if I were you.
