I'm not sure exactly how much, but get more than you need as any gaps in the heat wrap can cause a high concentration of heat, which can lead to fires!

Your going to need a couple of rolls, and don't buy the cheap £10 stuff, you need the good £30 stuff or your just going to be removing your manifold 3 months down the line and replacing the heat wrap with the decent stuff anyway.

Tony

Ps, gloves are recommended

I bought a 2"x100ft roll of DEI wrap that allowed me to wrap each runner individually and a whole 3" downpipe!

Thanks for your reply. I have got the 100' DEI heatwrap as I am going to do my downpipe as well while I am at it!

Thanks again.

Looks like I am busy at the weekend!

2" wrap for headers, 80ft long. Sealed with the silicone high temp sealing spray. Good luck.
