Link ECU datalog suggestions
#1
I have a ASpec WRX with a Link ECU. I've been learning how to tune this thing and think its great. Right now the car is running rich. I wanted it that way because I just added a few mods ... I'm now working on the timing and leaning the mixture out.
To the real point...
I got into a discussion with a guy on IClub who seems to have experience with the Link. He looked at a couple of my logs and said my Knock Count was rather high. I thought it was just engine noise.
Here are some datalogs of some drag runs I did. Suggestions are welcome...

Well the general levels are high, you are definately knocking, smooth numbers are ok but yours are a bit spiky. I would expect to see knock numbers in the 30's and low 40's .. the knock sensor output is much higher than earlier cars. Pity your advance is on the floor already ... not much scope to retard it, boost is falling over as well.
What fuel grade are you using? Some of that knock will be due to the fact that you are running way rich.

Also mention that its still the stock turbo ... TD04. I'm thinking I need to increase the Waste Sens...it was at 4 when I did that run. Maybe 7??
I have a full catless exhaust...so its loud.
